Innovation is the difference between simply using technology and taking it beyond the instruction manual to bring ideas to life. K–6 children in our STEAM programs learn to take their ideas to the next level through advanced technology.

Why STEAM?

STEAM is an approach to learning that results in children who take thoughtful risks, engage in hands-on learning, persist in problem solving, embrace collaboration, and work through the creative process.

STEAM adds the arts into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and focuses on using technology to teach art practices, elements, and design principles.

CRITICAL SKILLS & CAREER READINESS

Our programs expose children to the latest in advanced technology and the leading industry platforms in engineering, coding, programming, and robotics.

Children also learn essential skills, work effectively in teams, and can lead and create entrepreneurial endeavors with friends.

Empowered Flourish logo

Here at Edgemont we provide our girls Empowered to Flourish. They are driven by a single goal; to empower girls to grow, thrive, and become confident girls with healthy self- esteem.

ESPORTS Logo

Students receive coaching in the esports games and then transfer the skills from the video game onto the court and field. Each practice will have a physical activity component that will get your students moving. Through this, students will be able to connect to the video games in a new and unique way.
